Do you have a salve recipe available somewhere? I am almost 70 and remember the 60s oh so well. I know cannabis eases Arthritis pains. Anyhoo if my Md recommends it I want to be ready to start. Can you give me some direction? Now where do I start? Thanks, Rich. Rich, try the VapirRise 2. Thanks so much for the sample of your book. I will most definitely be getting the entire book very soon.
Thanks for trying Corrine You terrific, Bonnie. I just made your pain Cannabis Salve. Okay love the info on honey iam new to this. What did you turn the cheesecoth satchal material into after getting out all the honey. Make a big batch of your favorite tea and steep the bag in it. Corinne, wanted to ask if you used your cannacoco butter in your gummies, and hie that turned out?
Hi Corinne! Wow thank you so much for putting together a cannabis cookbook! I am a medical marijuana patient in Maine. I am wondering how your would go about decarbing kief?
Would it work to decarb in pyrex at degrees? Not sure how it would strain out of coconut oil or if it would work to not strain at all? But would that affect taste? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!! Is there a substitute I could use for the time being that can be found in a standard kitchen? Or would a normal pot on low heat do the trick?
I made this recipe using a kilner jar instead of a mason jar and there was no smell what-so-ever after 24 hours in the slow cooker. I recommend using a TCheck once your tincture is made if you want accurate potency.
Using those Canna-capsules out of the freezer as suppositories sure helps wake one up in the morning!!! Would like to use a french press for tea or coffee, but, looking for thoughts on the ingredients, how to, etc.
Take a look at my recipe for High Chai. Thanks for visiting! I have been making cannibus infused with cocunut oil for about 7 months now. I give it to old people who are in pain.
Thank you. Also, do you make it for personal use or do you produce it with the intent to sell? What are the requirements for me to make and sell it in California? Is a business license needed for edibles being made for a one day event only and if so, what is the cost?
Thanks for the new book on dealing with the munchies. I use marijuana to help with insomnia, and I get really hungry after I take it. Not good to add an extra meal at night! Really like your site and thanks for the free download. Been smoking for years but relatively new to cooking so sites and books like yours are much appreciated. Should be interesting. Thanks again. Welcome aboard! The new law changes will be a shock to medical patients at first, but it will level out quickly!
Good luck! Thank for sharing your cooking book. Your site help alot ppl like that deal with pain every day like fibromyalgia thanks so much Vicki.
All new in the interest and curiosity in recipies with canna. As a crohn patient i am looking foward to add your recipie to my daily nutrition. Welcome to our page Chantal! I hope you have fun exploring and trying new recipes, as well as find some relief in the process! Question: Do you decarb when making ice cream as well? You are absolutely right, the process does decarb in some scenarios where heat is applied for an extended period of time.
I encourage you to also read our blog about Decarboxylation , time and temperature do make a difference in getting the most out of your flower and the best potency. I just wanted to say thank you! I love this site. I especially appreciate your scientific approach to reviewing recipes and products. Hi Corrine, just wondered if I could use canna butter instead of canna oil for your suppository recipe? I really enjoy your knowledge that you share.
I would think coconut oil is the way to go, Sean. I am not sure of the safety concerns of using butter internally. A friend tells me I should try the infused honey but i am an insulin resistance type 2 diabetic and eating a low carb high fat diet that is fixing my insulin issues.
However honey is high in carbs and I can only have a tsp once a week. My friend says no, that the infused honey will help. Please advise keeping in mind my diet. A year or so ago I put some cannabis in a sealed container and it has just been sitting in my garage at room temperature. My understanding is that after sitting like this most everything will turn to CBN. What would be the best way to extract the CBN, I presume alcohol.
Do I need to decarb? How long, what temp, or a long slow extraction in the dark? Any comments would be appreciated. Super person who has a coupon on her website for the best kitchen appliances I have ever bought! Magical Butter Maker arrived from Walmart right after he made butter in the crock yesterday. What a wonderful individual you are. Thank you so very much for all of your books.
My husband was recently diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. While we both are long term cannabis users, the information and ideas in your book have been a godsend!! Much love Christina. No hallucinations since he started the CBD. He has brain damage from an overdose of heroin that his birth mother gave him when he was 3 months old. Any ideas how I can do this legally?
Thank you for the downloadable book! I am a medical marijuana patient and so is my oldest daughter. We both have fibromyalgia and a rare form of a hereditary inflammatory arthritis that attacks, primarily, the joints, spine and hips. I am also diabetic and my daughter is hypoglycemic. Keeping the weight off is very important because extra weight puts an extra strain on the joints and spine. Any extra help controlling the munchies is very appreciated.
Thank you again!! I will be buying your book around August 3rd! As I have been disabled since I have had Success in Gardening! As well as Supper Support in the other areas! God Bless Them!! I tried it with stems and sugar leafs about 2 ounces. Let the sugar leafs dry till they crumbled ground the stems and leafs into a pulp and added it to the amount of oil needed to make a batch of brownies. I let it sit in the oil for 3 to 4 weeks. Then cheese clothed it and made my brownies.
I made 1 by 1 squares 2 1by1 had me on fire. I am new to by our site and to the world of MM. What I am not new to is pain. I have had 14 back surgeries and I have been in pain management since On July 29, ….
I quit my pain medicine cold turkey and I was left with no hope. I needed but to 10 percocet a day to control my pain and my quality of life was negligible. I was instantly amazed. I was able to contact my cousin in Vegas and though me have never met she instantly vowed to help me.
I have tried bath soaks, gummies, patches, salves and vape pens. Because of transport the easiest thing for me to do is make my own oils using RSO. I have used it to make my own balm and It works great. The patches have literally changed my life but I have not found a way to create a transdermal system at home. Lastly I have not been able to find information on how much RSO to use to infuse oils for making edibles.
The syringes contain 1 gram each. My tolerance is very low as this is my first time ever using MM for any reason ever. Can you please tell me how much RSO and how much coconut oil I should use to start experimenting.
Thanks for offering me a bit of hope reading your work. I love to cook. I love to bake. I just made my first edibles using this recipe. I mean. These are just so fucking amazing. Ive shared them as holiday gifts. Everyone is like, DUDE!!! This recipe has inspired a new love for making chocolates.
I am hooked. I was wondering how much essential oils you would put in your salve recipe? You mention when to add it but not how much to add. So glad I found your site! I have cervical cancer and am putting my own program together i. NO chemo or radiation. Thank-you for all the info! Sending you all the well wishes in your recovery journey.
