Posted: April 1st , So what can us the average Joe's and Jane Doe's that only got to be IRC buddies with much lesser known hackers do about it? Well this is where it gets interesting. The latest update brought the addition of DLC into the game. Some people were happy to see new official content, some people were upset about DLC in an "Early Access" title—which I find silly as it's just a label—but some people were furious, with the inaccurate see: "Utterly Moronic" notion that the update broke PC mods on purpose in order to further DLC sales.
All updates break mods, even if it's as little as a spelling fix on a single word, however that's a story for another day. I however, was rejoiced by the addition of DLC, and so should you! You see, the mechanism that loads DLC songs isn't that much different from our most popular mod in the PC scene, it simply loads a song file into the game. So while PSVR might not get to enjoy the full repertoire of mods that PC players get, in this new era we'll be able to spend countless hours playing the tens of thousands of Custom Songs that have been created!

The game features the player slashing blocks representing musical beats with a pair of energy blades. The game includes several songs with up to five levels of difficulty. In each song, the game presents the player with a stream of approaching blocks in sync with the song's beats and notes, arranged in a 4x3 grid as seen by the player.
The player uses VR motion controllers to wield a pair of lightsabers that are used to slash the blocks. Each block is colored red or blue to indicate whether the red or blue saber should be used to slash it red for left and blue for right , and may be marked with an arrow and rotated for one of eight possible directions to slash through the block.
There are also blocks with dots instead of arrows, which players may hit in any direction.
